The Goldfinch Meadows Phase 2 project In Martinsburg, West Virginia is a 108-unit townhome subdivision project where our scope of work included grading and utilities to expand this existing community.
This project required us to install 5,200 feet of water line in sizes from ¾” thru 12”, 5,500 feet of 4”-8” sanitary sewer, 1,200 feet of storm sewer from 15”-24” and 26,000 feet of conduit from ¾”-5” for the electric, telephone and cable services. This project was coordinated with Berkeley County water and sewer departments, First Energy Corporation, Frontier Communications, and Comcast cable. The utility portion of this project took just under 2 months from start to finish with the installation of nearly 38,000 feet of utilities and 28 precast concrete structures.
