This commercial site included 3700 linear feet of erosion control silt sock and 3⁄4 of an acre of matting during initial construction. To finalize the site, the E&S division prepared and seeded 7.8 acres, planted 91 trees and established the bio-ponds with 3,500 plantings, 1 acre of special seed mix and over 500 cubic yards of mulch.
