DHM crews excavated the basement for these homes.  Often we will also place stone under the basement slab, install water, sewer, gas and electric from  the roadway to the house.  Once the house is framed up we will backfill the basement and garage area. Topsoil is placed for the proposed yard area and seed and straw is emplaced as the very last thing on the project
